Informations

The Swiss Knife & Watches (SKW) sells genuine brand watches, packaged in their original manufacturer packaging and authenticity certificates. Watches bear an additionally standard 24-month international warranty by the manufacturer enclosed within the original box. Every watch is uniquely identified internationally by the manufacturer serial number.

We guaranty that every watch is NEW, and was never worn previously

Our watches come from manufacturer's stocks, and never from closeouts, overstocks, end-runs or bankruptcies of other retailers. They are produced only a few days before we ship them.

Repairs

Should you experience any issue within 24months or have any question after the delivery of a new watch, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately at client@skw.net. In case of need, we will inform you in personal responses on the procedure to follow in order to get a free repair. In this case, we will ship back the watch after repair by certified express service, free of charge to you together with a gift (please watch the SKW warranty).

Availability

Most of our watches are available for an immediate dispatch. However shipping time can be 4-6 weeks (and even more) for some items which are in a famous request. Please ask about the availability before you place your order. If the item which you have ordered is not available for an immediate dispatch we will inform you as soon as possible.

We control our delivery times accurately because we maintain an excellent level of communication with our suppliers. However, some high-end products of our catalog may occasionally require a longer delivery time. This is due to that-contrarily to some of our competitors-our watches are ordered to the manufacturer, since we claim the best quality for our customers. In particular, we do not hold bankrupcy or out-of-sale stocks, whose quality is difficult to control accurately. Our watches are manufactured on demand for you just a few days before shipment. This is our added value.

Shipping

Packaging and shipping to all covered countries are always included in our prices. We ship directly to our customers, virtually anywhere in the world, except in Switzerland.

The following shipping options are available after your order is completed (When the ordered item is available) :

Order cancellation period

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After this right-to-cancel period, we do not accept any cancellation.

Rerouted or Returned shipment

In case the shipment requires rerouting of shipment or in case the recipient does not pick up his parcel, we will issue a refund of the purchase price after receiving the returned item, minus shipping charges ($100) and charges related to import duties and taxes (10 % of the price).

For your security, your order will not be delivered without a recipient signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. Customers will be charged a fee of $100 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carriers.

All our goods are insured against shipping and handling risks, until the goods have been received at destination.

Should you decide to pay by Bank Wire, we grant a price discount on eligible items, where the price mentions this option. Additionally in this case, the shipping carrier is The EXPRESS and is free of charge. We encourage you to use this option.

SKW Return Policy

If you do not like the watch, which you have received, please inform us immediately. We will notify you on the procedure to ship it back. The return must be held within 10 days after receipt. Shipping and Shipment Insurance costs, import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Upon reception, we will refund your money minus a 20 % re-stocking fee. The Return Policy applies to all watches, which are not part of a Special Order, only if goods are returned in original manufacturer box along with all original papers, with an intact strap or bracelet. Watches must not have been worn. If the watch has been worn, is scratched or blemished, the Return Policy may not apply. Please note: Because we commit to respect our customers, the returned watches will not be re-sold as new but will pass a Quality Inspection by certified services in order to be sold in our Refurbished Section (Coming soon).

They are not really secondhand. These watches are brand new but have been returned by customers who preferred another model. Our Quality Inspection has checked them for due diligence. Because we commit to provide highest quality to our customers we do not sell them as brand new items (even if most our competitors do…).

Upon request we can provide a free gift-wrapping. Please specify it when you place your order.

Security

SKW takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and off-line.When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - Secure Socket Layers (SSLs). While on a secure page, such as our order form, a lock icon appears on the bottom of your Web browser. When you are not on a secure page, no lock icon will appear.

Information Collection and Use

SKW is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to third parties.
